Your contact information is also used to contact you when questions arise about your watch order. For example, to ask you questions about your order or to notify you of a possible delay in shipping your watch. Financial information (credit card numbers, expiration date, account name, etc.) that is collected is used to authenticate the credit card and bill you for your purchase.

We authenticate your credit card when an order is placed and only charge the card when your watch is shipped. We only accept US bank issued credit cards and only ship to US addresses.

How we do not use your information

Imperial Watches uses an order form page when you purchase your watch. Contact information on this form (name, address, email address, etc.) will NEVER be sold, rented, shared, or given away except in the case when Imperial Watches may be required to do so by law.
