ImperialWatches.com proudly stands behind the quality brand name watches that we sell. You may return any unopened watch in its original (new) condition within 30* days of your purchased date. We will refund the total sales amount less a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Your wristwatch must be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals, warranties and any accessories that came with the item. Our watch experts will inspect your returned wristwatch to determine the status of its condition. Upon approval by our inspectors that your watch is in its original (new) condition, a refund will be granted. Absolutely no refunds will be accepted for merchandise that is considered used or after 30 days of purchased date!

Note: PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before you return your watch to us. A completed Return Authorization form is required when shipping your package back to us. The Return Authorization form must contain the Return Authorization Number we send you when you request a return approval. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Any claims for damaged or defected items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within (3) business days after receiving your delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (3) business days. Please send your damage or defected notification email to: service@ImperialWatches.com.

If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange with you to have the item returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.

If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.

A request for a Return Authorization number within 30 days of your purchase date must be sent to: service@ImperialWatches.com. To request a Return Authorization number send us an email, in the title field of your email input "Return Authorization Request Number" and explain in detail the reason for your request.

How to Return your item - (within 30 days of purchase)

  1. Complete the Return Form and include the Return Authorization Number we previously sent you on the form. The Return Form needs to be filled out completely and signed before we process your return. Using this form, tell us why you are returning the item. Please be as detailed as possible.
  2. Packing your return- Place the wristwatch in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, warranties and accessories. Wrap your wristwatch carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and paid receipt. Please clearly write "Return" on the outside of your box.
  3. Shipping your return- If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. Please send your return by UPS ONLY! You must send your shipment back to us by "UPS" to ensure proper tracking of your product. Please do not send by general mail, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise if you mail your item any other way than the above stated method!

Remember, a "Return Authorization form" must be completed and returned with your item before a refund approval consideration is granted.
