Order Processing

When you purchase a watch at Imperial Watches we treat your order with care and speed. All of our watches are new, warranted, and boxed. Our goal is to have every watch shown on our site in stock and ready to ship to you within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Occasionally, for our most popular watches, demand outpaces supply and we may require a few extra business days before we can ship your watch. Also, our quality control staff may determine that a watch in inventory does not meet our quality standards and that we need to reorder the watch before we can ship it out -- after all -- we do not want to ship you a watch that you may not be happy with. In the event of a delay in shipping your watch, we will notify you by email. We continuously monitor any back-ordered watch orders and will keep you informed.

Credit Cards

We accept Mastercard and Visa cards issued by US banks for your watch purchase. Your credit card is not charged until your watch is shipped to you.

Cashiers Checks & Money Orders

We accept cashiers checks and money orders made payable to Imperial Watches for the amount of your order including shipping. Send your request and check to Imperial Watches, 300 Grove Street, Unit 11-215, Braintree, MA 02184. Remember to include the watch brand, model number and quantity. Also, include your name, shipping address, daytime telephone number and email address. We need this information in the event we have a question regarding the watch or your order. There is an 8 business day delay in processing your watch order so that the check can be processed. We cannot accept personal checks.

Shipping

We ship your watch by UPS ground or expedited service (you select at checkout) to destinations in the continental United States. For destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam we can only ship using UPS Expedited Service.

For charge sales we can only ship to the billing address for your credit card. If you wish to ship to a different address within the U.S. please pay by cashiers check and follow the instructions above for paying by check.

Shipping includes insurance. We do not ship outside of the United States and we CANNOT ship to a P.O. BOX number. You will be notified by email of the UPS tracking number.
