Warranty Information

All our watches are quality inspected by our team of watch experts prior to shipment! Every wristwatch we sell is new. Imperial Watches is not a repair service company. We do not resize watches that you purchase from us nor do we repair or replace broken or damaged wristwatches caused by you. Every watch sold by Imperial Watches is covered by a warranty. Some are covered by a manufacturers warranty while others are covered by our own warranty. See below for specific warranty information. All sales after 30 days of purchased date are considered final!

For warranty information regarding any brand not listed please contact Imperial Watches at service@ImperialWatches.com. Every watch sold by Imperial Watches carries a 1 year in-house warranty in the event that the manufacturers warranty does not apply.


Used Defective Watches

We will only accept warranty work for watches covered by our 1 year in-house warranty policy. Feel free to contact us for assistance only. Watches covered by the Manufacturer's warranty and sent back to Imperial Watches instead of directly to the address shown on the manufuacturers warranty card will be assessed a $50 service charge that will be billed to your credit card on record.

Brand New Defective Watches

(never worn, in its original new condition, with no signs of wear) Always notify us first before sending any item back!

After proper notification and approval from Imperial Watches, you can return to us your brand new defective watch for rapid replacement. We hope this never happens but if it does please send the wristwatch to Imperial Watches. Sorry shipping charges are non refundable, however shipment out back to you is on us.

"NEW REPAIR" MUST BE MARKED CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
